Verification

Fact-Checking Policy

How Nexuswild verifies factual claims, data, documents, quotes, dates and material context before publication.

Evidence before assertion

Reportable claims should be supported by direct observation, primary documents, official records, attributable expert evidence or multiple credible independent sources. Editors distinguish verified fact, analysis, estimate and allegation in the published language.

Primary sources first

Where practical, Nexuswild prefers original filings, government releases, court documents, company disclosures, transcripts, datasets and direct statements over summaries of those materials. Secondary reporting can provide context but should not replace an available primary source for a central factual claim.

Numbers and dates

Material figures are checked against their stated unit, period and source. Comparisons should use compatible definitions. Publication and modification timestamps are maintained separately.

Uncertainty

When facts remain disputed or incomplete, the article should state what is known, what is not known and who is making the contested claim. Nexuswild does not present prediction as established fact.

Post-publication review

Readers can submit evidence-backed corrections through the corrections page or contact address. Material corrections are reviewed and the modification time is updated when warranted.
