Nexuswild
Privacy Policy
How Nexuswild handles visitor data, form submissions, analytics, advertising and privacy choices.
Effective: September 20, 2026
Scope
This policy describes data handling on Nexuswild websites and browser-based services. Third-party services linked from Nexuswild operate under their own policies.
Data you provide
Contact, newsletter, guest-post, correction, career and advertising forms process the fields you submit. Authentication may process an email address and account identifiers through Firebase Authentication. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not intended to be stored in Nexuswild page code.
Google sign-in
When Google sign-in is configured, signed-out readers may be offered Google Identity Services after an engagement delay. The identity interface is provided by Google and may use browser or federated-identity mechanisms needed to show eligible accounts. Nexuswild receives the Google identity credential only after the reader chooses an account and uses it to establish a Firebase Authentication session.
Browser and device data
Theme, consent, reading-list, author-follow and app-prompt preferences may be stored locally in your browser. If analytics or advertising consent is granted, configured providers may process device, referral, interaction and advertising information according to their own terms.
Notifications
If you enable browser notifications, Nexuswild may store a Firebase Cloud Messaging subscription token together with limited technical metadata needed to deliver alerts. You can revoke notification permission in your browser settings.
Purposes
Information is used to deliver requested services, secure accounts, manage subscriptions, respond to submissions, measure site performance, prevent abuse and improve reporting and product quality.
Retention
Records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, legal obligations, security, billing or dispute handling. Local browser data can be cleared through browser controls.
Your requests
To request access, correction or deletion of information associated with you, contact [email protected]. Verification may be required before account-related data is changed.
Security
Nexuswild uses HTTPS, restricted database rules, server-side secrets for privileged operations and third-party payment processing. No internet system can promise absolute security, so highly sensitive information should not be submitted through ordinary public forms.
